Review Food in Here:
- My husband and went with another couple and had a wonderful time, besides the food being fantastic our waitress was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable and the owner was there going table to table making sure his patrons were all satisfied as we were a sweetheart of a guy….. Volare is a must go next time in Chicago.
- Beautiful restaurant, great service, and literally the best Italian food I’ve ever had. On top of that, I got engaged there! I would definitely recommend this place while visiting Chicago.
- Highly recommend this restaurant. We had reservations and we were seated immediately. The dinning room was full but our waiter and other wait staff were very attentive but not intrusive. The owner sat us at our table and came by during dinner to make sure everything was to our liking and they were! We each had a special of the night. I had Osso Buco with risotto with peas and carrots . The veal was very tender and delicious. My husband had Sea Bass with roasted bussell sprouts. Also delicious. We were really glad we chose to have dessert. I found my newest favorite dessert—Milk Chocolate Moose with a hazelnut crust served with Chocolate Ganache topping with whipped cream and roasted hazelnuts. It was also served with white chocolate gelato . OMG! My husband had cannoli -served as three small cannolis. Delicious! We were told Volare has their own pastry chef and she rotated her desserts around. I don’t think you will be disappointed !
- Very unhappy. We went there last night to celebrate my sisters 21st bday. The lasagna was terrible. It was all meat and maybe 2 pieces of pasta. Barely any sauce. Had to ask waitress for extra marinara on the side. The complimentary birthday dessert was a small bite sized dessert, barley enouh for a child. I swear every other italian restaraunt I have been to would do a tiramisu especially when you go with a group of 7 people or more. Our waitress was very friendly and sweet but when you come with a group the restaraunt should do a better job at accomodating. There was also no music playing and it would have been nice to hear some italian tunes especially when your there with people who are from napoli Italy 🇮🇹.
